Exercise is good for the body and the head! Moving for 30 minutes every day brings many benefits: better physical shape, better weight control, disease prevention, greater energy, less stress, a greater concentration at work and therefore better productivity. Thirty minutes can mean as little as 1.5 km there and back or 10 km by bicycle! (Source: Commuter Challenge).
