Volunteer for the Municipal Volunteer Patrol (MVP) program

The Town of Hampstead is considering instituting a Municipal Volunteer Patrol (MVP) program. Volunteers would walk or ride bikes (in pairs) around the town during the spring and summer seasons. We are looking for volunteers over the age of 18 who care about the safety and the well being of our community. There is no minimum number of hours required. There will be a 3 hour training session offered to all volunteers. If we get a sufficient number of volunteers we will proceed with the program. For more detailed information or if you have any questions, please contact Councillor Leon Elfassy by email at lelfassy@hampstead.qc.ca.

We encourage you to consider this program and let Councillor Elfassy know if you would like to volunteer.

Thank you for your consideration.
